Thank you for choosing Fortis Supply Hub. We are dedicated to providing reliable, secure, and efficient shipping for all your janitorial and disposable food supplies. Below are the details of our shipping operations, requirements, and logistics guidelines.

1. Order Processing and Timelines

  • Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your payment is cleared or your commercial order is confirmed.

  • High-Volume Adjustments: During periods of high seasonal demand, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay is expected for your order, our team will notify you directly via email.

  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number or freight carrier details. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

We ship to commercial properties, warehouses, and residential addresses. Rates are calculated at checkout based on total order weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

  • Standard Parcel Shipping: Smaller items and light case counts are shipped via standard ground carriers.

  • Bulk Freight & Pallet Delivery: Large orders, heavy chemicals, and bulk foodservice packaging are shipped via commercial freight carriers on standard pallets.

  • Free Commercial Shipping: We offer free freight shipping on qualified bulk orders meeting our minimum spending threshold. This threshold is calculated automatically at checkout.

3. Freight Shipping Requirements (Pallet Deliveries)

Because we supply high-volume operations, many orders arrive via large freight trucks. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery location can accept freight shipments.

  • Loading Docks: Pricing assumes the delivery location is a standard commercial property equipped with a loading dock or a forklift to unload pallets.

  • Accessorial Services (Liftgates & Inside Delivery): If your location does not have a loading dock or forklift, you must request a Liftgate Service at checkout or contact us before shipping. Additional carrier fees apply for liftgates, residential freight delivery, and inside delivery.

  • Delivery Appointments: Freight carriers will generally call the phone number provided on the order to schedule a delivery window. Someone must be present to sign for the freight delivery.

4. Shipping Damages, Discrepancies, and Shortages

We inspect all products before they leave our hub. However, items can occasionally shift or sustain damage during transit.

  • Inspect Before Signing: For all freight and pallet deliveries, you must inspect the outer packaging and count the pieces before signing the carrier's Bill of Lading (delivery receipt).

  • Notating Damage: If you notice crushed boxes, torn plastic wraps, or leaking liquids, you must write "DAMAGED" or "SHORTAGE [Number of Missing Cases]" clearly on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.

  • Reporting Timeline: Report all shipping damages, defective products, or incorrect items to our team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@fortissupplyhub.com. Please include your order number, a brief description, and clear photographs of the damage.

5. Delivery Issues and Address Adjustments

  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided during checkout. Any address correction fees charged by the carrier after shipment will be billed to the customer.

  • Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused at delivery without prior authorization from our team, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, return freight charges, and any applicable carrier restocking fees.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Fortis Supply Hub ships exclusively to addresses within our core domestic shipping zones. We do not offer international shipping or cross-border delivery options at this time.
