  • Bulk & Tiered Pricing: Volume discounts and tiered case pricing apply automatically based on quantity thresholds or verified business account terms.

  • Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Order Acceptance and Quantities

An order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason at any time after receipt. This includes the right to limit quantities purchased per person, per business, or per order.

4. Shipping, Freight, and Delivery

  • Commercial & Freight Logistics: For large bulk, case, or pallet orders, delivery may require freight shipping. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the delivery location can accommodate freight trucks, including having a loading dock or forklift if necessary. Additional fees may apply for specialized delivery services like liftgates or inside delivery.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from our Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Goods

All sales are subject to our standard return policy.

  • Damaged Shipments: For bulk and commercial freight shipments, any visible damage to packaging or missing items must be noted directly on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing. You must report shipping damages or order discrepancies to our team within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@fortissupplyhub.com.

  • Return Authorization: Returns on eligible items are only accepted with prior written authorization from our team. Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply to commercial returns.
